Johann Adam Birkenstock founded his eponymous brand in 1774, in Langen-Bergheim, Germany. Johann was a shoemaker by trade but the Birkenstock footwear collection did not see immediate success. It was over a century later and several generations at the helm before Birkenstock started to garner popularity and recognition. It was in the 1890s that Konrad Birkenstock developed the first inception of the flexible insoles that the popularity of the sandals began to grow. At the start of the 20th century, Konrad had developed his contoured arch support into the sandals and this became the precursor of the men's Birkenstock sandals that we know today. This amazing brand dominates the men’s sliders, sandals and mules market with their innovative footbeds and here at Brother2Brother, we are proud to offer a diverse range from the latest collection. Elevate your Summer outfit with a pair of Birkenstock sandals for men and even a pair of Birkenstock slippers for lounging around at home.
