Shipping & Returns

We offer next day delivery on all online orders within the US mainland. This is a FedEx Express Service which delivers before 12pm mid-day (UTC) next day to anywhere within the US mainland. When going through to checkout this option will be automatically selected.

There is a standard charge of $14.99 (USD) for this service. (We offer free next day shipping on all full-priced orders over $200).

The next day delivery service is available on all orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (GMT). Please note because of time zone differences in the United States, refer back to UTC time to calculate when your order will arrive. 

Please note all orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

If you are purchasing your item on a Saturday or Sunday your item will ship on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday (UK Bank Holiday permitting). Please note we do not currently process any orders on UK Bank Holidays due to couriers not being able to collect. For any queries you have have, contact our customer service team at customerservice@brother2brother or alternatively log onto our live chat. 

When ordering next day delivery on a vary rare occasion your order may be split into two separate deliveries. This is to ensure we get your products to you in the correct time frame if they are not available for immediate shipping from warehouse.

Duties & Tax

All orders placed in the US under $800 are normally not subject to any duties and taxes. 

Please note all duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient and are not covered by Brother2Brother.

In some circumstances, your order may be rejected by customs and redirected back to us the sender. If this is the case, we will deduct the cost of this from the original payment when refunding the order. 

To find out more information regarding taxed and duties when purchasing from the US, we recommend you contact FedEx directly or use an import duty calculator.

Online Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, you can return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or e-wallet. You have 30 days for an exchange.

Once returned, you will be entitled to received a full refund, exchange or e-wallet. Please note that we will not exchanged or refund items that appear to have been washed or worn, any security seal broken or removed and not in their original condition.

Note: We cannot accept: Underwear, Socks or Face Masks to be returned for hygiene reasons. 

Please ensure to enclose the paper invoice or returns slip which can be downloaded here. If you are unable to print the returns form, we can accept the details written and enclosed on any form of paper.

Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all of the returns conditions stated at the bottom of this page.

We strongly recommend for your own protection and insurance that you return items back on a track and signed service. This will cover you for a substantial amount and will provide you with a tracking number. We are not liable for the return until it has been delivered and signed for by a member of our team. We also do not accept any responsibility for lost or unreturned parcels. 

Refunds

We aim to process all refunds within a reasonable timeframe of us receiving your parcel back to our warehouse. Please note during the busier periods, this may vary and be slightly longer. 

Once your refund has been issued you will be notified via e-mail to confirm your refunded has been processed. Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to appear back into your account. (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Statements, Online Banking etc)

All refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Here at Brother2Brother, we are more than happy to exchange your product for a new size you desire. Please bare in mind, we can only exchange products for another product of the same price or less. We will of course reimburse the difference which may occur with either an e-wallet or direct refund. 

We aim to process all exchanges within 1-3 working days.

Incorrect Item(s) or Faulty Item(s)

If you suspect you have received the incorrect item or an item is not up to standard, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@brother2brother or give us a call (+44) 0333 015 4624.

You will need your order reference number (WEB), and full address. This makes it easier for us to locate your order and pull up your details. We will either issue a returns label or cover the postage cost for the mistake.

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • All returned items bust be unworn, unwashed, complete with the original tags still attached and repackaged into the original packaging if applicable. 
  • All items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Ensure items are well packaged to avoid any damages in transit.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • If you are returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product so any damage may result in the refusal of the return. 
  • If returning from outside the UK, ensure to state "Returned Goods" on the outer packaging to avoid any customs charges. Brother2Brother is not liable for the return customs charges.
